Loyalty, at FreyaVibe, is not a transaction. It is a relationship. Freya Points is our way of recognising the customers who return — and making sure that loyalty is always worth something.

Every purchase you make earns you Freya Points. Over time, those points become discounts. It is that simple.

How You Earn

Points are awarded automatically on every order placed through your FreyaVibe account. Beyond purchases, you can also earn by writing a product review, referring a friend who goes on to place their first order, following us on social media, and through a birthday bonus added to your account each year.

Your points do not expire. They stay in your account until you are ready to use them.

How to Redeem

When you are ready, your available Freya Points balance will appear automatically at checkout. Simply apply them to receive a discount on your order — no codes, no complications.

Getting Started

Freya Points are available to all registered customers. If you do not yet have an account, creating one is free and takes less than a minute. Your points begin accumulating from your very first order.
