If you haven't received your dispatch confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order:
- Check your spam or junk folder first
- Make sure the email address on your order is correct
- If still not found, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate immediately
❓ Common Tracking Questions
My tracking shows no updates — is my order lost?
Tracking information can take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch, especially for international orders. If there has been no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us and we will raise an investigation with the courier.
My order shows delivered but I haven't received it
Please check with neighbours and any safe locations around your property first. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
My order is stuck in customs
International orders (US, Canada, India) may be held by customs for inspection. This is normal and usually resolves within a few days. You may be contacted by your local customs authority regarding any applicable duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please contact us at hello@freyavibestore.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels.
