Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, India, and Australia. Orders outside our supported shipping regions may be unavailable at checkout.
How We Fulfil Orders
FreyaVibe Store works with trusted international fulfilment and logistics partners to process and deliver customer orders. Orders may be dispatched from international fulfilment hubs and supplier warehouses depending on product availability and destination country.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation, although certain made-to-order or personalised products may require additional processing time. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is available on most orders to the UK, USA, Canada, India, and Australia. DHL express shipping may be available for eligible products and destinations at an additional charge. Shipping costs for selected products are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is confirmed.

DHL Express delivery estimates apply following supplier dispatch and may vary depending on fulfilment location and customs processing. All timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, adverse weather, or courier operations beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch. Tracking availability may vary depending on carrier and destination country. If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, please contact us at hello@freyavibestore.com.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by your country's authorities. These charges are entirely the customer's responsibility. FreyaVibe Store has no control over these fees and they are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
Please note: the United States removed low-value duty-free treatment from 29 August 2025. US customers may be liable for import duties regardless of order value. Australian customers may be subject to GST on imported goods. Canadian customers may be subject to GST and CBSA import duties.
Restricted & Specialist Products
Certain products including fragrances and aerosols may be subject to additional carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or shipping limitations depending on destination country. Certain fragrance products may only be eligible for standard shipping services. Express shipping availability for such products may vary by route and carrier. We will notify you if your order is affected.
Shipping Address Accuracy
FreyaVibe Store is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate and complete before placing your order.
Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Orders
Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, unpaid customs charges, or unclaimed parcels may be subject to return shipping fees and handling deductions from any eligible refund. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate and that any customs charges are paid promptly to avoid delays or return of your order.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@freyavibestore.com and we will investigate with our fulfilment partners on your behalf. Claims for lost parcels may require confirmation from the relevant shipping carrier before a replacement or refund can be considered.
Separate Shipments
Products ordered together may occasionally be shipped separately depending on supplier location, stock availability, or fulfilment partner. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment where applicable.
