We ship to the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, India, and Australia.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 7–14 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
- India & Australia: 10–20 business days
DHL Express available from £40.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free standard shipping on most orders.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking is sent by email after dispatch. Allow up to 5 days to update.
Who pays customs duties?
The customer is responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
- Internationally fulfilled items: 7 days from delivery
- Print-on-demand & brand partner items: 30 days from delivery
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
What cannot be returned?
- Change-of-mind on international or made-to-order items
- Opened personal care items
- Customised items
- Gift cards, final sale items, digital downloads
How long do refunds take?
Within 10 business days of receiving your return.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. Please return and place a new order.

Sizing
Do sizes run true to size?
Many products use Asian sizing which runs 1–2 sizes smaller than UK/European. Always check the size guide on the product page and size up if between sizes.
